We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the HR Manager in driving business growth. You will be involved and will implement the company recruitment process and entire life cycle from screening candidates through to hire. With a passion for Recruiting and HR, you will assist with other ad-hoc human resources administration duties as required.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Ensure full compliance of the company recruitment process and policy across all hiring departments
Implement sourcing strategy to be able to quickly supply candidates for job requisitions as positions become available and more importantly to build a pipeline of potential candidates to anticipate hiring needs.
End-to-end responsibility for the recruitment lifecycle through to offer and acceptance for your assigned vacancies.
Provide accurate and expert advice to managers on all aspects of resourcing, while following best practice & internal policies.
Daily/Weekly collaboration with Hiring managers to understand top priorities for the business regarding each role.
Preparation of job specifications in conjunction with the HR manager, and relevant hiring managers.
Screen all candidates at first round interview stage.
Work with Human Resources team to on-board new hires.
Maintain and manage a full applicant tracking system (ATS)
Maintain data reports and performance metrics on a regular basis.
Continue to develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges.
Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, and sourcing methods.
Reduce the overall cost of the recruitment process with initiative ideas in sourcing suitable candidates.
Work with the Group HR team with ad-hoc HR duties as required.
Skills & Experience:
Experience managing high volumes of in-house recruitment across various departments.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Experience of working in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements.
Highly confidential in nature, using sound judgement when dealing with recruitment processes.
Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders throughout the business.
Positive can-do attitude is key.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook) and Application Talent Systems (ATS)
