Onsite Inventory Administrator - Limerick

Controlled Environments Company (CEC) is a leading industrial distributor supplying over 90,000 products to customers nationwide.

We are looking for an Onsite Inventory Administrator to be based on one of our customer sites in Limerick.


  • Set up and manage 5 areas on site for a range of consumables in each area
  • Identify all parts required for each area
  • Confirm part numbers, supplier information, pricing and lead time on all parts
  • Set up storage locations and label all locations as required
  • Enter all product information on portal and set agreed min/max levels on all parts
  • Manage the replenishment of all parts as required
  • Deal with other on site enquiries by phone, email, and in person
  • Develop good business relationship with onsite customer and deliver a first-class customer service
  • Liaise effectively with internal team members to complete tasks and distribute information

Skills and Experience

  • At least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Ability to identify customer needs and provide high level of customer service
  • Experience within a Manufacturing/warehouse environment with a good understanding of supply chain procedures
  • Good communication, organisational and administration skills
  • Flexible and Pro-active attitude
  • Ability to embrace new ideas / initiatives when they arise
  • The ability to multitask and to ensure projects are carried out to a high standard
