Data Entry Clerk
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to assist our pricing team with full administration support.
- Input new pricing data information into SAP system ensuring of accuracy.
- Create and manage spreadsheets using MS Excel
- Support the data maintenance of part numbers in Item Master Data in SAP.
- Regularly update existing SAP system records.
- Produce reports using MS Excel.
- Retrieve data as requested through SAP and MS Excel.
- Document, organize and store relevant documents .
- Support the Pricing team with any ad-hoc duties as required.
Skills & Experience
- Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy of data entry.
- Computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft applications including Excel is essential.
- Autonomous and self-starter, willingness to take ownership of tasks and projects.
- Good grammar and punctuation understanding and use.
- Experience with an ERP system is desirable but not mandatory as full training will be given.
